General:

• Rates indicated are RACK

• Rates shown are per ROOM per night in US Dollars

• Rates exclude 4 US Dollar per person per night infrastructure tax

• We do NOT offer Full Board or All-Inclusive Plan.

• We CLOSE during the Rainy Season -17 April until 31 May

• Maximum number for a group booking is 10 pax

Festive Season Bookings:

• 16th Dec – 10th Jan – Minimum stay 5 nights

• NO Departures on: Christmas Eve & Day / New Year`s Eve & Day

• 4 years old & younger are free of charge

*Non-refundable reservations during Festive Season.

Festive Supplement:

• Christmas Day (25Dec) – USD$ 50 per adult

• Christmas Day (25Dec) – USD$ 25 per child

• New Year’s Eve (31Dec) – USD$ 50 per adult

• New Year’s Eve (31Dec) – USD$ 25 per child

Cancellation Policy:

• 31 days (+) plus prior to arrival dates 25% cancellation fee

• 31-15 days prior to arrival dates 50% cancellation fee

• 14 days and less prior to arrival date 100% cancellation fee

• Cancellation Fee is based on Bed & Breakfast Rate

Children's Policy:

• We do accommodate children

• But NO children in Seaview Suites and Cliff Seaview Suites

• 5 years + in own room are charged FULL Price

• 5-11 years sharing with rates apply as above

• 12-year-old + qualify as ADULTS

Payment Terms:

• We require a deposit of 25% of Balance to confirm bookings

• Full Payment is due BY THE LATEST 30 days prior to clients’ arrival date

• Bookings not paid by required date will automatically be released and room re-sold

• Payment required by ETF / deposit into our Tanzanian NBC account as per details on invoice

LOYALTY PACKAGE – Terms & Conditions:

• Special discounted rate of 20%

• Minimum two nights stay in any room type

• This applies to return guests only

• The package is not applicable to others travelling in your group if they are not return guests.

• Not redeemable in conjunction with other promotions

• Regular cancellation policy applies
